Rate this Shock Axe W/E

Everytime i try to get into Guild wars on my laptop a red box comes up in the loading part and says unable to connect plz verify your internet...

after trying out some builds from the templates there and stuff i modified some and this one works really well THIS IS MOSTLY FOR SOLO FARMING,...

this is solo farming and no i dont have factions its profecies only..

im using the following build sever artery galrath slah deadly riposte riposte watch yourself! Healing hands mending balt spirit i used to use...

shock=5 energy stoning=15 i once tried to do an earthquake+after shock sword war... i didnt even had the energy to run the combo..

i dunno i like axe better with my war... Evi+Axe Rake+Executioners is my Combo.. to prevent kiting... since im a shock war ^^

btw .. we always had bullstrike.. ne ways.. bull strike requires u to run... and shock deals a lil damage with 9 in air.. about 50-60.. exhaustion...

so should i drop the shield and use a storm artifact?
