Female elementalist 15k armor?

Has anybody seen it yet? or have a screen shot of it? im trying to decide if it looks good enough to pay for, and just skip getting the 1.5k armor. Also I saw on this site that there is a "masters set" that is the same 60 base armor, but+5 to all instead of +15 to one specific element. Can anybody help me out here?

I would like to know what the material cost of this armor is, I have just heard that it is high. Does anyone know the materials needed to craft it?

Your talking about my 60k Pyromancer armor (Just missing the boots) and someone else's 60k Hydromancer armor.
