Elite Skills

If you have looked through the list of skills on this website or any other website you have probally noticed that their are elite skills. To my knowledge you cannot recieve these from quests or skills trainers, so where?

later on in the game you can get a signet of capture; using this on a boss with the same primary class as you, you can gain skills, including the elite ones

so is there no other way to gain elite skills except through capture signets? If not then where can I get the capture signets?

In the Community Works forum, you'll see a thread entitled "Elite Skill Locations." It's a forum project set on finding all the elite skills. Contribute if possible.

You can use the Signet of Capture on a boss of either your primary or secondary class. You can identify their class by what color they glow.


To get the Signet of Capture, you must do a quest that is in Lions Arch. Talk to this guy called Magi. (i think that's his name... in any case, he's near the fountain up on a hill)
