Does Blackout work on the Hero?

i don't see why not and if i'm correct what you wanna do is stop him from using claim resource to get altar right ? well seeing as this skill is listed as a monster only skill thus being it still a skill should work

ya it should... but does it? Just looking at the skill description distracting shot should work too but it doesn't (well the blocking part... good thing too)

Distracting shot does work... and it it not then its bugged. But it does work, I use that skill against the Ghostly Hero before.

it interrupts but doesn't distract ... would be way overpowered if it did so that's alright ~

When you say distracting shot doesn't distract, did you try it with 8 rangers?

I mean that the Hero could simply have 8 copies of Claim Resource on his skillbar, or something like that.

And, IIRC, Arcane Thievery only works on spells, doesn't it?
