I'm writing a quest-walk thru, although I'm not into the whole.. explore everything "thing" I'm trying to help guildmates who want to complete everything, but don't care really how.

Where.. Is he? The lore doesn't point me in any direction, just asks me to find him. I have no green arrow. Any directions will prove helpful.

Problem: I had to run up the river another 500 or so yards, he was standing amidst some tar pits. (in case someone has the same problems)
