w/me are good in pvp, "blackout warriors" wreak havoc on monks.
e/me are used for echo nuking, and energy yes. arcane and echo and echo let them have the power of two nukers.(glyph of renewal works as well, but most people dont realize this, e/mo with glyph ftw!)
mo/n are good for energy managment and wells.
