Pre-Searing Monk Res and Group heal

I was informed that there is a quest to acquire resurrection and group heal in the pre-searing area. Is this true? If so, what is the location of the starting quest for these skills? I appreciate any help you might be able to give this newbie monk. yea, to get resurection, you have to talk to the monk right outside of ascelone, you need a partner to do it, the quest is to get an allie, i dont know about group heal yet.

I was not talking about a signet, but thank you for the response. I already have the signet, which is a general ability. I am trying to find a monk specific skill. The resurrection signet is nice, but one use per mission isn't going to cut it with some players.

I don't know of it pre-searing... but post-searing there is a quest to get it out of piken's square I assume you are speaking about resurrection? Thank you for the information, I will stumble on over to Piken then.

I would still be very grateful if someone can confirm or deny the fact about these two skills being available pre-searing (a location wouldn't hurt either ).
