This build is mainly for the w/mo farmers who have non-effective builds that require to take on 2 or 3 mobs

AND IF U NVR FARMED GRIFONS WITH A W/MO
i suggest u go here and pic up a easy less effective build to get used to it
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=69827

that looks pretty effective, i've tried farming there before but i've never been able to kill more then 2 groups at a time, while you seem to be able to kill all of em quite easy....now i gotta try and get money for that armour..made the mistake of full knights armour...

I like your interface. Very nice what you've done there.

Edit: Removed. I shouldn't be posting so early in the morning.

hm glads defense is getting popular in those runs lately. i knew i shoulda picked it up when i was in dragons lair =P

anyway i usually use healing hands, symbol of wrath, and live vicariously(sp) instead of watch yourself, balths spirit, and glads defense

not sure if your way is faster, do you kill all of them before you have to cast another balths aura? cuz i usually cast balths>symbol>another balths to finish them. then i take on the second wave

Glads defence rocks my socks because of its fast recharge and the fact that you can cast through it.

Bleh, yet another "run from devourers" W/Mo build. I'm still waiting for somebody (else) to see that thinking outside the box will enable you to kill them with considerable ease, right along with almost anything in the desert except Jade Scarabs. Let me see your build solo 8 Hydras at once in Skyward Reach

, or 8 Sand Drakes in Diviner's Ascent

(yeah that's 6 but I've done more), or 10 devourers in Thirsty River (I'll have to get some screenies of that I suppose), then I'll be impressed with it. Every W/Mo build I've seen so far has the same fundamental flaw. Guys are missing the forest for the trees.

i dont know, im guess stacking a stance with aegis...*shrug*

ive been experimenting with different builds and i had a really STUPID build made specifically for fighting the forgotten enchanted. Its lots of fun, but really dumb. post it up tommorow...too sleepy to remember it now ._.

dont feel no pain,

Please take the minimal time to spell- and grammar-check your posts before submitting them, to allow others to read them without hemorrhaging profusely from their eyeballs.

I mean, typos happen, and this is gwg rather than English class. But, OW.

Thanks,

After counting, I realized this was only 9:

So I went to round up 10:

Same results:

Griffons? Meh.

Maybe "the best" is a subjective term. Hmmm...

Maybe "the best" is a subjective term. Hmmm... well best for him. Interesting build you have there. looks like a retribution build if you are a w/mo.

not to be nit-picking but what would be the difference between balthzars aura and symbol of wrath, besides the 20 less energy needed to cast symbol?

Aura is an enchantment, can be stripped, but lasts 10 seconds. Can also be extended with % mods, so a +15% or better enchantment mod will make it last 12 seconds instead of 10. It also can be cast on another person, preferably someone who is getting mobbed.

SoWrath is a static-area spell. It does damage to enemies in the area where you cast it. It lasts 5 seconds and cannot be extended. It can't be stripped either. Since it isn't cast on another person, hexes like Mark of Subversion don't affect it.

There are pluses and minuses to both. Back when BZ's Aura had a 15-second recharge and 1-second cast time, it was like being a walking, talking nukular bomb.

It would take next to forever for them to finally die. But you're on the right track. I can take any size group of devourers in Thirsty and once I have them in position, it takes exactly 82 seconds for them to drop dead.

82 seconds? wow nice...hmn...its obviously not a AoE, because the bad guys are way too far int he devourer's pic. SoJ + riposte perhaps? although i dunno if riposte works against arrows...

I use one similar to that, but no watch yourself, symbol of wrath, and instead of balths spirit i use live vicaiously.
