What are these anhks good for?

I've got a bunch of ankhs and idols that all say +3 energy. What do I do with these things? Do I equip them? If so, in what slot do they go?

Yes you equip them. As their names suggest they will boost your energy by a specified amount.

You can only equip them if you are using a one handed weapon. They go in the other hand.
