Gwens Tapestry Shred

i was just wondering what the heck is that tapestry that gwen gives for? Should i save it? Is it for a mission? What going on?

She didn't give it this last time did she? I don't remember it. I gave her the flute, flower and cape. yes she follows you around and heals your party, but this time she never gave me a quest item. I'm guessing it was removed cause it was never used for anything... I remember a few betas ago she used to say something while following you around about her parents... I was thinking maybe you had to give it to them, but I never found them. it may have been something of an after thought and never removed after that...

Yup, I got it in the wee morning hours today. And I've never had to ask what it's for since I've seen 7 other threads about this subject already.
