Attribute point quests

So I managed to reach ascend and reach level 20, but I noticed that I was 30 attribute points short. At first I thought it was a bug, but fortunately someone told me of a quesst series starting in destiny's gorge that gives you 15 attribute points.

However, I haven't yet found the second quest for the remaining 15 points. Does anyone know where it is?

I guess there aren't many high level people yet.

Alternately they don't want to share information. : P

Actually, I found the answer. Someone in Droknar's forge gives you a quest to talk to vairous people in the crystal desert. Once you do a class-changing quest for one of them, she'll give you another quest for the last 15 points.

What's the name of the first quest?? The Forgotten ones??
