Well, there were these quests during the Dragon Festival that made you kill grasps...and other high leveled monsters, and it was on the island, so...you do the math

Yeah was just thinking a +60-3 was missing They are a real pain to find just if you want the stats and any skin I remember when I got my +45-3 Tall Shield after months of searching then Anet changed the stats a few days later. Months later the best one I have seen and bought is +59-3

wow that must suck, right before the update, i bought a -2stace -3(10%) shield and i though i had it bad...
I think a-net needed to update the max ones with new updated max.
They are a real pain to find just if you want the stats and any skin I remember when I got my +45-3 Tall Shield after months of searching then Anet changed the stats a few days later. Months later the best one I have seen and bought is +59-3 Good luck findind it though

Yeah I made some thread on it wanting to know why they were not updated and people were hardcore trolling me and it turned into a pve vs pvp argument so was closed
