CD-Key and Preorder

I pre-ordered from Best Buy, but I haven't heard anything from them in order to buy the full game. I played the game just an hour ago and now it won't let me. Is there a way I can buy it online so I can continue playing my characters? I mean, what's the point of Pre-order when I can't even play my character?

I don't have the reciept as I thought I would get a call or I could buy the full version online, since it is an online game... Someone give me some help please!

Usually pre-orders from bestbuy cost 10bucks and have a 10buck off slip inside when you go purchase the game. Just call your local bestbuy and see if the copies have arrived, bring them that slip for the refund(well, 10off game technically) of your pre-order, if you lost the slip, hope you paid via credit/debit, if not no clue, bring the box, etc in and maybe you'll get refunded/credit for the pre-order.

That is a good idea, I just don't want to lose my character... and my money. Yeah, and there is no $10 off card. I dunno, sucks. Actually, really bugs me.
