Did I get ripped on this trade? (Involves Price-check)

ok... heres the deal... i bought 2 ecto for 8.5k each... i know, its a high price... but prices were up... anyways...

I was hoping to sell both for 9k each.

This guy said he felt bad for me, and we were talking for about 30 mins, when he offers the following.

16 armor Shadow Shield, clean, 9 strength. he says it can sell for 10k
16 armor Eternal Shield, clean, 12 strength, he says about 5k
and 1.5k cash

Did I get ripped?

im afraid you did, ive gotton two shields exactly like those (maybe better) for like less than 1k : (

not that great prices on the sheilds casue they are clean...

well im not too sure ith the prices but in my opinion, the eternal shield is a little high, i get armor 16 eternal shields all the time and cus im lazy, i sell them to the trader. a clean shadow shield for 10k is a definate scam again in my opinion.

for the ectos, it's not a bad price you bought for. I usually sell them for 8.5k You got a good deal IMO. (you did buy 2 ectos and a shadow shield+eternal shield for 15.5k right?)

no, unfortunately, i sold 2 ectos for the shields and 1.5k cash...

man thats a real big rip off, you have got plenty of money though right?

unfortunately... no... i only ended up with 2k cash, but i still have 3 shields and a couple of random items...

btw, im buying charr hides!
