i want it for looks...period! You can always add better mods to it anyway. plus, if you have a sword as ur main weapon, would you not have a high attribute in that anyway?
I even got tired of some weapons that MUST be max damage. honestly, if ur fighting baddies with tons of armor, u will not deal out 22, and if that dont have armor and u have good strength and swordsmanship, u still will deal more damage than 22.

they drop in the Ring of fire area. Try going after Mahgo hydras, they drop a few.
I'v heard people get it from fissure runs as well.
The most sure place to get one at the fastest rate possible is to go obliterate mini hydras in ascalon. This can be done by going through the portal near the flame temple where altheas ashes are.
Although they aren't max damage, its still does the job if you want one just for pure aesthetic reasons

well they did a great job on the swords reflections, the light bounces of it so perfect it really does look crystalline. sadly this is not seen on pics. Normal looking weapons are always cool though, its more "real" Why i gt the 15k platemail over the knights armor i did have, the platemail looks more like real armor rom days gone by.
