Skills - Dual Shot

it costs 10 energy even if u have 16 experties so arcane useless with this skill umh wha ?

for as far as i know dual shot is listed as a bow attack and as we all know dualshot's energy will be affected by expertise thus lowering the cost and i think youre confusing the elite Echo with the non elite Arcane Echo

dual shots is no attribute skill

any no attribute skill will not be affected with any attribute

im really sure because i use this skill when farming You really don't play attention then. Because you don't know what your talking about.

Being not attribute linked means the skill will always work the same no matter your attribute setting.

Expertise's special effect of lowering cost 4% every level doesn't determine if it works or not based upon attribute linkage, but rather what KIND of skill it is (this is totally independent of Expertise's attribute linkage itself).

Dual Shot being a "Bow Attack" is effected.

Is dual shot affected by the mod energy+1 on hit? I have a bow with that and Id like to try something in PvP. Yeah I believe it is.

And expertise definitely works with dual shot.. my ranger would run out of energy in 4 volleys otherwise.
