Is it possible to change your Attributes ?

I was just wondering is it possible to change a characters attributes. I want to make a pve warrior/elementalist to cap out then switch to pvp build. As such i want to take attributes of eart and tactics for pve and then change to attributes of fire and attributes of swordsmanship etc. Is it possible for me to do this after hiting level 20 ?

Yes, you can do that. For every certain amount of XP you gain (a few hundred or so, somebody else can find you the exact amount), you get 1 more "attribute refund point" which you can use to lower one of your attributes by 1. You can then redistribute the points you get back however you would like. Right now, you can have up to 24 refund points at a time, so you can really rebuild a character if you want to. (Just not every 10 minutes.)
