Teamspeak built into Guild Wars?

Is Teamspeak built into Guild Wars, or will we have to run it as a 3rd part Application?

TeamSpeak is strictly a third party program/client/server and is not built into or part of GW. It is relatively easy to set up and is free to download.

Honestly im glad Guild Wars dosen't have built in microphone support, because everyone expects you to have it enabled.


I do not like to hear other people talking on the microphone when my family is always in the room asking "Who is that?".

But then people would tell me to do stuff on the microphone and then they would get mad, and they wouldnt know I had them turned off. Thats just me.

i agree too. i think the gaming community would appreciate NOT having microphones in this game only 'cuz a lot of ppl would just abuse it like they do in cs. i for one am glad there wont be any microphone usage at all n such

I hate build in mic support because you always get teh little kiddies screaming incoherently. Well and it sounds like crap! I'd pick Ventrilo over built in VoIP any day.
