That half moon is very nice, it's worth more than 30k.

Well, there is a collector fire wand in the Breach with +5 energy always, so 1) is probably only good for a specialized build. Maybe 1-2K

Your half-moon has 3 nice stats but a high req. I'd say probably 15K.
