Attributes

i'm a little confused about something...

.. and i see that i can make a certain Attribute go all the way up to 12 ... but... then i go to this site.. http://www.guildwarsguru.com/content...sts-id1154.php
... and it says i can have 16 in the Expertise Attribute.. but on the other site it says u can only have a max of 12...

lol... can someone help me understand plz

The max you can put any attribute up to without applying any item bonuses is 12. But with a Superior Rune of (Insert Attribute Here) which delivers +3 to the attribute (in 30mins or your money back) and a head piece bonus of +1, your attribute is a wopping 16 (though your health is a wee bit down).

-50 to health for +2
-75 to health for +3
