I can't wait to see the three new areas: Southern Shiverpeaks, Crystal Desert, and the Fire Island Chain.

And I thought the Northern Shiverpeaks were cool. But Southern...that blew me away.

I am really scared I won't be able to expierence all of this before the next exspansion comes around. What I really hope is that there will be missions in these new areas, if Gaile could confirm this I will hop like a bunny until I faint.

Otherwise I believe these new regions won't be as large as the ones from the BWE. Maybe around the size of Preseared Ascalon, or even smaller.

I just really wanna explore Souther Shiverpeaks. And I mean really.

This is my esitmated guess in size of regions:
1) Maguuma Jungle
2) Kryta
3) Ascalon
4) N. Shiverpeaks
5) Old Ascalon
6) S. Shiverpeaks
7) Crystal Desert
8) Fire-chain Islands

I agree with ya Ginko -- more missions! I <3 Missions! It's that multiplayer experice for oldskool games like Final Fantasy you always wished for but never got.

Hmmm... I just thought of something. What if they made the Gates of Kryta so impossible a couple beta weekends ago because they new they were going to add content that goes through the south before looping back up to the gate (or something like that)? Anyway... *goes back theororizing conspiracies*

But where would the Islands and Crystal Desert come in?

Some of the greatest places I've seen in the game are in the southern shiverpeaks- I'm sure you'll all love exploring there in a few days(plus however much time it takes you to get there)- some of the places literally take my breath away with the graphics- even more so than the rest of the game. For the estimate on size, I think you'll be surprised at the size of the unrevealed areas.

About missions, remember that it's been said that there will be 25 or more missions in the game(from a BWE interview iirc)- there's not nearly that many in the BWE content- 14 iirc: 4 ascalon, 3 shiverpeak, 2 Kryta, 5 Magumma Jungle and beyond(I'm not sure what to call Riverside/Sanctum Cay). That leaves 11 missions to come in different areas, give or take a couple depending on the accuracy of the estimate. If the estimate of 25 is correct, that means that BWE-ers have barely seen half of the missions.

Now I can't wait for the release... Not that I could before...

Crystal Desert is easy: it is where you Ascend. A place of power.
I am thinking next will be southern shiverpeaks, and Fire Island will probably come after that, perhaps being the ruined kingdom of Orr? not sure.

Oh, and Riverside and Sanctum Cay are in Kryta, IIRC.

Woohoo! I can't wait to be able to actually go through Lornar Pass! The Shiverpeaks are my favorite area of the game...

Of course! They're full regions. With missions. And explorable areas. And... stuff!

I can only say, "Wow!".

Gaile I thank you and ArenaNet for impressing me single day of my life. I really never expected anything like this. I really just cannot wait to see the Islands and the S. Shiverpeaks!

But remember, don't make to much content in the expansions. I want to slowly enjoy what we have now. Not race to finish it in time for the next Chapter.

The only real way to tell would be looking at the concept art for the loading screen. Kryta gets a certain one and the Maguuma Jungle has yet another one... So... Anyone remember?

Riverside and Sanctum Cay are indeed in kryta.

Personally i could do with out the Fire Island Chain... considering that's what WoW was solely centered around (it's end game content atleast)
