Guild hall question

I have a guildhall, with all the accesories, merch etc. but i want a new hall, isle of the dead.
If i buy the new hall, do my accesories like merchant, storage, skill trainer etc stay, or do the disappear?

All the upgrades transfer to the new hall

Damn I started to write a thread about that until I realised someone writed one. That answer to my question too.

So we can have the Frozen Isle with all the services we spent on it. Good!
