Bring a Vampiric weapon with you

well, everyone knows there are bugs in some walls, stairs and so on

today I was in a FoW group, and our tank got stuck by the wall.
we all don't have any Vampiric weapon, so we can't help him out of there; the mobs ignore him too
so finally we decide to dismiss, although we don't have favor then

bring a Vampiric weapon with you, this will help your teammate

I would, if you could give me one....

Optimal to have xx%/-2 weapon (-1 mod + vampiric) + 105 starter armor + -50 focus on whatever character you're playing with at the time. This helps in both PvE and PvP because I see more people getting stuck in GvG than I do in PvE.

I don't get it. How does bringing a vampiric weapon help someone who's stuck in a wall?

Suicide + Rebirth

If you die and get ressed at the same place you will still be stuck.

But if you die and ress at the ress shrine you will be free again.

edit: or rebirth, because that one also changes the place you were.

honestly, no offense, but not my place to bring something to help some random person become unstuck. say he decides to be an ass and salv my weapon for the vamp mod for a quick 10-15k? then im out my weapon and he gains money. sorry but not my place to provide things for other people. if they know this is going on, bring it for yourself. im not your mom.

now if its a guildie, then yeah if i had one with me i would let them borrow it because i know with the people in my guild i will get it back.

Ive started doing this in pvp, had a game on courtyard where i was holding the hero, i got stuck in the floor and couldnt release/talk the hero to allow us to cap nor move him to the altar.
Ive had it a few times as warrior getting stuck in stairs, its something thats getting more common recently, saw a couple of people get stuck last nite and 2 people the night before.

The vamp is for yourself. You cannot trade with someone who is stuck in the ground/a wall.

I was in a group for the Deep and a warrior got stuck. Luckily, he had a Vamp weapon, killed his char, got a Rebirth, and we continued. He ended up getting Kanaxai's Axe... so yeah, bring a Vamp weapon.

For the dunes of despair mission, if you want to do the bonus it helps to have vamp weapons.

That's not true at all. My guild leader got stuck under a bridge when we were helping a guildmate out with a mission. I gave her my vamp bow and rebirthed her.

Just a small strategy note: If you do have the healing henches with you or now Thom/Stefen you need to pull them away so you can rebirth before they rez. The rez signet from the warrior henches is a shorter cast than rebirth and will make you do the whole vamp process all over again (which takes a while).

I've gotten stuck in the floor like 3 or 4 times on the new gvg maps. . . vamp did the job though

Do the -1 HP pip inherent mod weapons still drop nowadays? I haven't seen or heard of a single one since Factions was released.



And, to add to this thread: ESPECIALLY if your guild's hall is Weeping Stone. It seems to happen 3x as often in that hall. It seems like every game I've every played on that map at least one person got stuck.

Ive had ppl get stuck at the forgemaster...annoying to say the least

i was running the desert for a group of people trying to complete the run in less than 19 minutes...i got stuck in a teleporter switch between amnoon and heroes...but my vamp weapon didn't help here...still spawned outside of amnoon...

Thats different, theres no Z axis in the game, I think the idea of this is when a player is stuck somewhere funny on the X/Y axis, so yes, if you ally gets stuck under a bridge you could trade them it, but if they get stuck 5 metres into a wall, good luck.

some guy tryed to trade me a hammer with a factions skin that had 14% -1 degen yesterday.

yea -1 hp/energy degen still exsist...most ppl merch them
