Beat the game, but I've only seen one drop, and it was to another person on my team. It dropped in the city from one of the Jade boses. I'm pretty sure the drop rate isn't high to begin with, and there are so many new ones, it'd be hard to keep up with them all.

I've got 3 so far, all from island. Monk focus from Feng the Skull Shape (Crimson Skull), necro wand from the necro boss just outside monastary, and assassin daggers from the assassin boss at the Crimson Skull camp at Ginya Province.
Names of the some greens I've seen suggest variety of bosses that roam around mainland, so it's pretty safe to say almost every boss drops them, with low-ish droprate.
