My guess it's Kurzick 15k armor.

After you beat the last mission in the game you get sent to a place filled with npcs that have neat things!
Here it is a little brighter picture and in silver.

I think it look sucky o.o.. it could allmost look like Warrior armor xD add some metal to the armor and give him a hammer and then = he is a warrior xD ..

In total, it was:

350 bolts of cloth
35 bolts of damask
60K

If you want the head tatoo (i didnt buy it):

5 vial of ink
10 rolls of parchment
8 or 15K dont remember very well :S (i guess it is 8k, 'coz it is a tatoo)

I was lucky, because i could salvage all my runes from my last armor....

What stats does this have, is it like FoW armor where all the types have the same skin?

Its the same skin for all the possible mods
