New /Favor Command

Maybe this has been suggested before, and I think it would be really useful to have a "/favor" command that would display the current favor owner (which wouldnt be much trouble to implement, since its already there).

/favor
Europe currently has the favor of gods

Would save a few seconds from actually mapping to ToA to see who has favor.
