The end of the Factions BWE (Dragons! Hilarious!)

This server is going to flood so fast now.

The end of the event started with really big dragons, then with Shiro'ken Warriors... then Corrupted Scabs.

In most places, the dragons got stuck on players and nothing else happened.

This stuff only happened in Cavalon and House Zu Heltzer. I was recording everywhere, but at 3:00 a.m. (12:00 a.m. pst) the game logged off on me because my account no longer had access.

mmhmm.. it's over. Was a mediocre ending, I befriended someone I wouldn't have met without the event though, so that's cool .

Yeah, I went to the marketplace to see how everyone was going to die. In dist 1, everyone was dancing and many were naked and then...we get logged off. Oh well, at least I saw people die in Cavalon and House Zu Heltzer. I did like what I saw this weekend, I'm wasn't disappointed.

Tons of us were waiting in the Marketplace, figuring that was a good spot since everyone can get there...and nothing happened. We just got logged off at one past midnight. I'm very disappointed that I missed it, and so are alot of other people. Oh well.

It will probably be a few days before the video comes out, mainly because I'm going to be very busy this week and there's a lot of things I'm going to do in the video that will make it somewhat difficult and time-demanding to make... but a large focus in it will be 1) machinima in general and 2) machinima recorded during the ending of the event

I was in ID1 for a bit in House zu Heltzer, wonder if anyone got footage of me. :: snicker ::

I ended up in American 7 there and the dragon kept getting stuck. I think by the end, we all just danced in our underwear and blocked it in one place...

I probably got you in dist.7. I focused only on the American Districts, but got footage that I'll be using in Cavalon, House Zu Heltzer, Tanglewood Corpse, The Marketplace, Etnaran Keys (both Luxon and Kurzick), Saint Anjeka's Shrine, Lutgardis Conservatory.... and Altrumm Ruins.

The machinima part of it though has no heads-up display, so no names will be visible

I was in Cavalon Dist 1 and most managed to survive, the henchies jumped in and killed the dragons and the guy with the blades, the biggest dragon did nothin but got danced around lol..

I got some good clips as well. I was in House ID1 the entire time chatting it up as L A W L S A U C E. I'll post my finished product when I get around to editing those damn clips.

I missed the ending (and beginning). Stupid event starting and ending 9 am. >.>

ending was annoying IMO, started too early, at least 1/2 hr before end.

I had a couple kurzik quests not give me my rewards (zoning out after completion, I /bug'ed it, the 4 patrol one in particular) trying to wrap up my kurzik 10k (having luxons) and buy another skill too, did another quest to wrap-up. Well still denied, dragon killed the quest guy and all zones were the same :b So 9.95k Kurzik and didnt buy the last skill lol.

No huge deal but was quite annoyed at the time - some of those quests take you ALL over fighting insane amounts of mobs, I managed to do it all henchy late into the nite, and then 2 I couldn't turn in, not being able to cash-in really bit, do yet another one, and still denied. Watch dragons get blocked in by players, lots of silly/inane chat, and then the servers uncermoniously bumped me saying I didnt have access to that chapter (gw:factions).

So for me ended with a fizzle but I enjoyed most of it.
On a side note though I'm a little underwhelmed with the new classes, we'll see how they do. In the end I made a warrior and brought it to Cantha.

I'm pretty sure any quest you get outside of town, disappears once you zone. They're repeatable quests, and I'm guessing it'd be easier to do some of them if you could zone or something.

Well I completed them so I didnt think it'd erase it as I ended up very close to the Jade Quarry I popped in there. And it shows up in your bar like a normal quest... doesnt make a lot of sense, remember one Ascalon mission has you running into a soldier that tells you to say hi to his wife - outside that mission, zone, everything. Shrug.

Hordes of Dredge and Mantis were tough with me and henchies particularly with the way they like to drag you into dead ends and circles so it just bugged me that's all. Again I had completed them, I just wanted to get the new zone before turn-in and run back - silly me

I can't believe I missed it. I was at Marketplace dist1, thinking thats where the big end event was going to be. Was kinda cool, everyone sync dancing there. Just wanted some screenshots of the dragons, :P.

Anyone got original screenshots at 1920x1200? :P
