3) Kindle Arrows [Wilderness Survival] (5,2,12) Preparation: For 12 seconds, your arrows deal an additional 14 fire damage.

4) Hunter's Shot [Marksmanship] (10,0,5) Bow Attack: If Hunter's Shot hits, you strike for +22 damage. If this attack hits a moving foe, that foe begins bleeding for 20 seconds.

7) Comfort Animal [Beast Mastery] (10,1,1) Skill: You heal your animal companion for 70 health. If your companion is dead, it is resurrected with 38% health and all your skills are disabled for 8 seconds.

8) Charm Animal [Beast Mastery] (10,10,0) Skill: Charm target animal. Once charmed, your animal companion will travel with you whenever you have Charm Animal equipped.

with the warrior as a primary you can worry less about damage taking and be able to take care of your pet and shooting down enemies...

what do you think?

EDIT: i was mistaken about the warrior's primary attribute.... instead even only the warriors armor will be a lot stronger and i can give a +1 bonus to beast mastery and a +2 bonus to wilderness survival...

so this is the build now:

You'd swap the best Primary Attribute in the game for the second worst..? Yay.

reply to edit: I still think you'd be much better off with the energy cost reduction of Expertise than you would be with the armor gain of the Warrior armor.

You are using a two preparations with Barrage which removes all preparations. Just not energy efficient or useful thing to do.

you going to need some sort of energy supply...

maybe equip a sword and use flourish then switch back to bow

maybe put in penetrating shot to add on to the armor penetration

Or maybe use Expertise because its the best Primary attribute in the game. The only reason I would ever use Strength would be for the shield requirement. There are times where a weird build is good, this is not one of them.

Flourish no longer requires a sword, but I would still recommend using Expertise.

Expertise is the Ranger's primary attribute. Every rank in Expertise reduces energy costs on any attack skills, preparations, or traps by 4%. At skill rank 12, energy costs are reduced by 48%.
