Started out as a quest(don't remember which, but the only one I could find in the city) and we just kept going. One of those PUG's that clicked very well I guess.

You might notice a little trip to a resurrect pad. Arrgoed one group of Sand Drakes and a few more walked into us and smacked us around. I was the only survior an I ran for my life until a Sand Worm knocked the living **** out of me. We tried to kill the bastard, got him to within an inch of his life but some more damn Sand Drakes walked into us. We decided better of it an ran for as far as we could and ended up Augury Rock w/o even intending to.

Haha, thats classic right there. And none of you knew?

I think our W/Mo might have, he lead the charge(or scamper ) to the next instanced area after we got our ass kicked by the Sand Worm and company.

lol something like that happened to me to.
i whas searching for the dunes of despair mission but i couldnt find it.
i when everywhre got all the other missions and every outpost in the desert.
at last i asked one of my guildies and what made this trip so stupid.
i yust missed it by an inch

i found elonas totaly by accident walking through the desert and talking to the guild wasnt paying attetion and next thing i know im on the flor with a sand worm infront of me so i run, my group get totaly slaughtered and leave but i keep running, i run into a large group of snad drakes who kill me and it turns out that i ran just over enough in the right direction and am teleported to just5 outside the reach

Wow...talk about a detour. I was in a group once and this necro said he knew the way to elonas, so we follow him. He ends up taking us wayyyy past elonas.

Had that happen to me, but I found LA. Was just out running around and saw another town so ran in and it was LA! I was like 'what the heck!' lol it was good fun

also with the temple one (cannot remember its name) was talking to a guildy who had been there he was giving me directions and i was totaly on my own i had been walking for a lonnggg time and a big group of sand drakes come after me so i run in a totaly random direction in the way i was not being told to go find a big trench filled with bows think 'no way screw this' i activate nearest teleporter and poof im at the temple thing

Oh man, that's awesome, though i'm honestly surprised i haven't pulled something like that off, i'm a terrible navigator.
