My characters health drains constantly outside cities or outposts. She is not poisoned, or near enemies. It starts the minute she goes outside and will not stop.

Do you have a Vampiric weapon on?

I did when it started, but it continues now with any weapon/.

I did have a vampiric weapon on when it started, but it continues with any weapon now.

WHat combinations have you tried?

Vamp weapon on before you leave town and then swap weapon.
Vamp weapon outside town and then swapped over while outside?

Have you tried logging onto another PC to make sure it's not your machine with a possible file corrupted?

That's just the control-alt-delete spell. The only cure for that is a linux injection.
