Funny thing is, he was yelling that he needed a party for Elona's, so I invited him, told him to calm down and right after we started the mission, he left. I noticed his level only after.

We still finished the mission though.

This has been posted before, if someone loses conn during a mission, it often takes his level; then adds how many times he's "leveled" since 20 (skill points acquired through experience) and shows what his level would be without the cap...
