Where is fire attunement?

Does anyone know where the quest giver that gives the skill fire attunement is? Thanks!

Quest in the Fisherman's Grotto, or the skill trainer at Droknar's Forge.

Please read the sticky at the top of the forum. Do NOT post a new thread asking where each individual skill is. I guarantee that the same information is already somewhere on the site. In this case, the sticky at the top of this forum points you where you need to go.
