change gui?

Ok.. this sounds like a total newbie question .. even i am a lvl 18 now (should be ashame)
i see lot of screen shot that the GUI layout are all "changed".. the skill set on top, lvl/xp bar at bottom...etc...
is it some kind of option that i missed .. cuz i tried to move.. all it does is walk my char away

if you click on the menu button, then go to customize, there'll be a big button labeled "edit interface". after clicking that you can change the size of anything, move em around etc etc

And if things look really different, it may be a screenshot from beta, which did have a different look to it (which I personally prefered)

I have been wondering the samething. I guess I should spend a little less time exploring the game and more time checking out the options.
