Well, I've yet to see this posted, and thought, hey, why not?
These are two VERY large pictures, so 56k will take a while. Also, please note 2 important things. The graphic for all armors is the same (IE:Gladiator and Dragon have the same leggings graphic.) I am %99 sure that is only in the display window, and once crafted the armor would look like it should. Second part however, is though we had enough ectoplasm, no one had even seen the other required resource. I'm not going to post the name just to keep everyone guessing. Unfortunately due to that, we couldn't take pictures of the armor being worn.
Once we knew what we were doing, we could get to the crafter in under an hour.
Rubicon Breach Presents
The armor crafter in Fissure of Woe
Also, to help people get started, here's a quick 'lil map. It's from memory, and not perfect scale, but should be a decent guide, at least.
I can draw more maps of more areas if requested but Fissure if B-I-G. So if anyone else wants to contribute, please do so. =]
A special thanks to all members of Rubicon Breach (RB), as well as a special thanks to Sim Man and Eona Fury, who have spent countless hours with us on Ventrilo as well as knee deep in bodies. ;p

The other resource is an obsidian shard. There's a more accurate, but incomplete fissure map here: http://jerrith.com/images/fissure.jpg. There's two more fissure crafter images, one for elementalists at www.altarstudio.com/gw018.jpg, and for monks at www.altarstudio.com/gw010.jpg.

What's the process for getting the crafting screen?
Few of my real life friends play GW, so I end up having to find pick up groups for UW and Fissure, and only once in the past 3 weeks have I managed to find a group that actually survived making the trip to the Eternal Forgemaster. But once we got there, he just kept giving us quests to do. The party died attempting the 2nd quest.
Why is it so hard to find people who can make it to the Eternal Forgemaster? It was a relatively short run, and yes the battles were fierce, but not particularly hard. At this point, I'll willing to pay people who can get me to crafter and get him to show me the craft screen. It's very frustrating

If you wouldn't mind Zero hour, I'm wondering how you completed that last quest the forger gives you before he crafts armor. That quest is where you have to kill something seed. Well, I'm wondering how you can do all the quests in under an hour because my party tried this last quest and even though we couldn't finish it, it took at least 30 minutes and we weren't even close. I'm think ing we might have gone the wrong way. I was thinking we had to go to the beach or something. So if you wouldn't mind telling how you did that last quest so quickly, I would appreciate it greatly.

@ potatopopper: Yes,you do have to go to the beach for the ''seeds of corruption'' (or whatever the name is) quest. At a certain place on the beach there is a cave, and the seeds are inside that cave, but be carefull, you're gonna have to fight loads of armored spiders.
while we're at it,you would like to know what really is the last material on the screenshots, monstrous claw or obsidian shard?
because i searched for obsidian shards without any results,i heard you could get them by salvaging some of the stuff you get in the underworld, but i did 3 runs in the UW today...and still nothing, any help would be greatly appreciated.

The material that is in the picture is obsidian shards. They are not monsterous claws. I have had many monsterous claws and fangs and the picture looks nothing like the picture in the forgemaster. I had to give up trying to buy obsidian shards. I started just asking people if any one has ever see and I have not found one person yet to even see one.

Thanks for the reply Oblivious. I'm not sure what that other crafting material is, but I should be able to take my own screenshots and what not within the next week when I get some time to play through fissure. If anyone wants to party with me to complete the forgemaster quests in fissure, my name is The Machine in the game. It would be good to set a time that we could all log on at and play
so we don't have to mess around with those usually aweful 5 minute made parties where people drop like flies (I really hate that).

Actually you do not have to go to the beach to do the Seeds of Corruption. You can go a roundabout way through the passage guarded by Smoke Walkers and Hydras and then past a bunch of other crap (Furnace Worms I think they were, among other things). You'll enter the tunnel with the Seeds on the opposite end from where you would if you went by the beach.
I suspect going by way of the beach might be considerably easier, but it isn't mandatory.

The reason we're so quick, is we know the route of every MOB, the collide points, best attack angles and pull spots. We've spent hours upon hours doing the same few quests over and over. [Reason later.] Over all, it came down to sheer practice, and intimate knowledge of each other's skills and abilities. It's also a good idea to have a plan B. or in our case, a plan C. "When all else fails, Sasia, Fay and Sin all run away in different directions, one of them will survive and res us when it's safe. The rest of us body block and otherwise insure there safe retreat."
Also, it sounds like your map was bugged, same as it has been for us half a dozen times. The large, Circular room that has the forge master high atop a platform raised in the middle has two doors. The back door should open and take you directly to the cave that contains the seeds and armored spiders. If the door fails to open, and I've only seen it open once, you can go the long way around, across the beach. Map shows the path to it. A small hint when in the cave; have a warrior, by themselves, run well, well ahead of the party and return back. The spiders wait for you to pass under them, THEN drop down, trapping you. A warrior has the highest survival chance, and frankly, is he most disposable party member. Better a lone, dead Paladin, then 8 mangled corpses in filthy water.

In case someone missed it.
THE LAST ITEM NEEDED IS OBSIDIAN SHARDS! It does not currently exist in-game, that means this armor can not be crafted. That is all I know until ANet releases an update.
