How can I have a level 1 in post sear?

I saw many level 1's and 2's in post sear in the past. How is it possible? I thought the minimum level is 3 before you are let in the academy. Is it still possible or was it a bug and fixed? And if it is possible, how can I do it?

Go get your secondary profession and then go through the Academy..

really easy. do your first quest, then run up the hill to the right outside of pre searing ascalon, get mesmers bull quest, finish it, become mesmer secondary, go to post. In pvp and final mission to get to post just dont touch anybody.
can do it in about 10 minutes.

He probably knows HOW to do it, he just thought you COULDN'T do it - because their used to be a lvl3 minmum to get into the PvP arena Academy.

There is no minimum requirement to get into the academy

are you sure you dont need a 2ndary? I have yet to see someone without one (other than gaile) and I thought that you needed to get one before you could leave.

yes you do need secondary... it was fixed a few days after the game hit the stores

Probably a stupid question, but why would someone want to be in post-searing at lvl 1?

bragging rights. either "I ascended at a super low level" or "i got this far (ie. thk/ember/hells) at a super low level"

I had a level 1 in droknar's forge, and that same level 1 was only level 2 by the time she had finished all of the crystal desert missions and was able to fight doppelganger (lost of course, but oh so fun ^_^)

Why do people want to go to post-searing in level 1? I never leave pre-searing until I reach level 8.

Wouldn't the Doppel also be a level 2 if it is a mirror image of him??

I have storage accounts that I create that I just need to get to Post as soon as possible to be able to access storage and the guild.

Other people who want to fast track a character just get out as soon as possible so they can start getting run everywhere.
