How can it be a 55 monk when there's Vital Blessing in it?

PvE, all right.

I was wondering how you do on energy, since you have no energy managment skill. Also if your going to maintain both Retribution and
Vital Blessing, your only going to have 2 pips of energy regen. How are you distubuting your Attributes points? I would either replace Vital Blessing or Empathy for a Engery management skill. How are you distubuting your Attributes points?

I need to see more of this build before I can tell you anything but it looks like it will be tough to run.
