Farmers Selling Their -50hp...lol

I went to Augury Rock Intl District 1 to see how the scarab update changed it...and I found most of the farmers trying to sell their -50hp icons...LOL.

Lol, when a new farming spot comes out, they are all gonna be buying them up again.

But then again, it was that -one- guy spamming continuously to sell his item. Oh and another one -_-. Perhaps they have extras and want to make more money?

Other than that, it's quite strange, considering that there are other spots to farm as 55. (The Underworld DOES come to mind for -some- reason.)

It cost money to go into the Underworld... we all know how these monks hate spending money

and then at the end you net a 3-4k profit PLUS ectos

Only very few people will sell their Icons. They're the ones who traded for them quickly in the first place, after reading a build on a website. They don't need to be farming or playing with builds anyways.

Real farmers are holding those icons forever. I-monk is not dead. It will never be, until they break Protective Spirit, the way they did Bond. That probably won't happen either, or it would have been finished already.

Just because people cannot farm the easiest Griffons in the game, doesn't mean that they should sell their equipment.

--- Note: Remember when everyone sold their Superior Monk runes when Protective Bond was nerfed? It takes 2 or 3 days. Then we find a new way.

Or in this case, we merely move to a new location.

For example, I still farm the other dessert griffons and open chests along the way. I also do the same with Hyrdas. Yes, it's not Underworld, but I can score several plat in very little time, in small burst runs. Easy money.

But there is a new farming spot! Just it's not too public .... got 5 gold armors from it in ~40 minutes today, 1 was sup vig, another major vig, yay? ^^.

Umm I don't really know why all the farmers are panicking. Took me a couple of minutes to find another spot.

If it's just armor I have a guess...is it a mission in the desert?

people are always selling those items. I would see at least one person a day selling that offhand before the update, don't see how this is any different.

It's weird... every single update, people come out claiming that the -50 icon is gone now, oh noes! And then people go see that it is clearly not.

I wish that it would disappear...then the 5 i have in storage might be worth something.

Well. I think that most those ppl you saw selling their -50hp cestas were the poor sweatshop asians that get paid pennies a day to farm those griffons non-stop so some greedmonger can sell gold on ebay. They prolly all got laid off :/

whats funny is the so called nerf actually made the area easier. I still 55 monk it with 0 effort. and now that the nest scarabs are there I can pull the bosses over to the nest and have the scarabs help me kill that monk Griffon.

Its not a direct route, but its still solo 55 monk possible. NP... the best part. lol everyone is farming the queen now so the griffons are dropping good stuff again. lol
