Weapons with requirements

Does ne1 have some stats that or guesses that they can show me on the consequences on using a weapon when u r below requirement. Does it depend on how far below u r or what? For instance my bow has a level 10 req marksmanship and i ahve 9.

I may be a bit off on this, but if you do not meat the minimum requirement, you get the stats of a basic starter weapon.
I have seen that if you meat part of the requirements ie: A strenght requirement and a marksmanship requirement, you will get the part that deals with the requirement you meet, but not the one you don't.
