Bonus Quest Problem

I got bored so I tried doing some bonus quest on the missions I done already. I tried three missions (Ruins of Surmina, Gates of Kryta and Divinity Coast) for their bonus quest and each time there was a problem with them:

Ruins: After I kill the fire bearers, she will not speak to me.
Gates: Oink gets there fine, I clear the whole mission and have yet to find the ship. I even checked the various forum topics for information about this.
Coast: Won't accept the 5 chosen.

Anyone can help me?

Ruins: You have to follow them across the map, they will open a gate that is normally closed. once they open it you can kill them. If you look around over there(left of the door you can thru), there is a fire building with 4 firecarrier char, kill them and you get the bonus

gates: As soon as you leave the "town" where you return the pig, there is a small path to the left. take the path to a river and follow the river upstream(away from the ocean) and it will dead end at the ship. once you open the chest for the ship 3 ghosts will spawn and 2 more sets of 3 on the way back... they can pack a punch if your not ready for them.

havent made it to that last one yet so im not sure
