Farming Griffons and Minotaur

Thank you all for your solo warrior builds. I found a nice one that keeps me alive against the griffs and minotaur, and kills quite easily. My only question is about drops. Where are they? All I get are irridecent griffon wings and gold and crappy items. I went out with an invisii monk since she said the drops for 55 monks were better. She gets a rare hammer while we party! I don't get it. Am I zoning incorrectly or something? Thanks in advnace to all fellow farmers.

1. drops dont depend on character
2. I did a run with my tank yesterday and from the 15 griffs or whatever I got a gold req 8 war axe, a gold req 8 hammer, a purple max req 10 tall shield, and a purple max req 11 flatbow.
3. There is an anti solo farming script, trust me, drops won't stay high forever, you get the most frequent drops in an area the first time or two you go there, wait a while, zone around, farm something else, then go back for a run or two, this will help you.
