Just curious here to see if anyone actually has solo'd maw, with a pure warrior build - I think I've seen this a while back, but wanted to see if ya guys had done it. Btw, I thought this would be a hell of a lot harder than it actually was...

Seriously, getting 10 griffons is harder than Maw!

I don't really get it? I assume he's some type of boss, if he's got a special name?

What's so tough about killing him?

Edit: I ask since he's not glowing...

Edit: I ask since he's not glowing... He's a wurm boss in Dreadnaught's Drift (Sp?) and it probably takes awhile too get there.

It's a level 28 frost wurm necro boss. That should be enough to explain it to you.

trade for a max bow 15^50 at the collector at almost the end of lornars pass
(the heal spot in "the forge runner" threads first picture) or other items ^_^

Not a smart place to farm - most of it is running. Plus, you'd get about 10k in say.. 5 normal farm runs, where it'll be about 1000 with this.

I just did it because I was bored, and I had a "solo/duo everything project" in my guild.

Edit: I ask since he's not glowing... Because number one, My laptop's so crappy I can't put on high resolution, and the bosses in my screenies don't glow. Second, he's a level 28 necro wurm boss, with FoC. Check it in the GW Guru Skills section... man it really does hurt.

Yeah, Maw is easy peezy lemon squeezy. Getting to him is harder, I just go to him when I'm farming dreads because I don't want him popping up and surprising me.
