im lookin for something i can buy around 40k...a 15^50 sephis axe(req10) clean is the best i want...but i also will take 14^50 req10+ clean or bad mods
btw the Sephis Axe is the one that looks like Razorstone(green)

youl never get one for 40k..
i just sold a req9 15^50% for 1.3mil. so dont think youl get some thing around 40k o.o
