El/Me stuck on mirror self fight....

I cannot seem to get past this fight. I even tried doing what one of the other threads suggested with Mes sub....put all points in Domination, bring hex spells that don't cause direct damage then repeatedly cast Shatter Hex.


Sounded good to me....the problem is, everytime I go in he has a bow and an axe (???) and both are hitting me for 40-50 damage non stop. Shatter Hex is nice but the recast time is too slow, in the meantime he shoots or slashes me to death. I've got the best armor I can have. And the best wand/staff isn't going to beat 40-50 damage.

Any thoughts on what I can do here?

I beat him with my ele mesmer by maxing energy storage and getting aura of restoration then i just pummeled him with stone daggers, I suppose flare would work the same, and for the rest of your slots.. fill them with pointless buff skills that wont help out any but still take time to cast, he might decide to randomly cast one of them and that will give you some extra attacks

Backfire and a spammable like Flare or Stone Daggers. They'll kill themselves for you.
