New Canthan Quests?

My character all of a sudden got two new quests, but I have no idea how to complete them...

Where did they start from?

It just appeared, I don't remember getting the quests from anyone or anywhere....

Hmm, that's strange. Have you been to Canthan country side? That's where the quest are for. Let us know if you find anything out.

where is canthan? is that pre-sear?

Umm, that's quite interesting. To me, as a Photoshop user, that does not actually look like it has been photoshopped, or at least, if it was, I don't know how on earth it would be photoshopped, since the user would need the exact font and would need to make sure that the background was showing behind the window ^_^. So, maybe it is authentic (or maybe I'm just bad at photoshop )

However, I am wondering why the 'Track Down Lo Sha' quest starts with a comma, instead of the start of a sentence

said that it is a glitch

however, some other guy on the forum said that anet promised a PvE weekend sometime in the future, so that the quest may be for that

Cantha is the new Continent in Chapter 2. All the large explorable areas. However there are several Canthans that are visiting in different towns. Lions Arch has one down near the docks, and there is another in the Dakutu Village...
Here is one of my early custom quests to one of them. It may make it easier to find one of the harder to locate people.

sounds interesting...maybe it's a bug and you have accidentially unlocked chapter 2 PvE quests that will be in the final game...


also custom quests...brilliant Idea would be cool if Anet actually at some point incorporated an interface for this.

I'm pretty sure he photoshopped this....If you look at the second picture, You can see that it starts off with a comma....Not that hard to tell..

yes because obviously you never encounter spelling mistakes or gramatical errors in games

could be both I don't know...

I don't know why you guys haven't considered this, but I've seen a bug on normal GW quests where there is a comma at the beginning...Maybe, in Factions, the NPC will insert your name before the comma - but the feature just isn't implemented yet, leaving a blank.
