Hi all..for all who are having problems of freeze during the game(u cannot even ctr alt del,the game simply freezes)I found the solution.
Go in BIOS settings,find AGP options and lower agp from 8x to 4x and turn off Fast Write if u have it enabled.Tell me if it does not the trick.

SO THESE SHOULD BE THE 2 SETTINGS TO MODIFY

AGP SPEED :4X
FAST WRITE: OFF

OMG! If i have to turn my AGP settings down to play this game NCsoft can have it.

What a joke.

That is A solution. This was suggested to me by Tech support and when I checked, both these settings were already set correctly. So, doesn't fix my problem.

Thanks for trying to help, but neither of these settings had any impact for me.

Didn't work for me either. Just so you know tech support also had me change my memory aperature (sp?) to 128 meg to match the memory on my video card. It didn't stop my crashes, but it might help performance down the road I guess?
