Shield for rangers

Hi,

I am a ranger in GW. I have millions of secondary weapons (AkA shields, armors etc). But none of these work with my bows... Which items can I use/ where can I find them? I would like an item that gives me more energy!

AFAIK there is no item like that that will work with any two-handed weapons. It's unfortunate that bucklers don't work with bows IMO.

All bows are 2-handed weapons, meaning that they take both hands to use and you cant use any kind of secondary weapons, unless your a Ranger/Warrior etc etc

Well, technically anyone can use any weapon. The thing is, if that weapon has ability requirements you don't meet, then you will really suck with it.

Ok thanx... and how will gain more energy then?

2nd question: I am still a newb in ascalon completing all of the quests and gaining levels. I am scared of beginning with my first mission, because you will be transferred to a work of the ruined-ascalon right? You won't be able to go to the 'good-ascalon', or can you after a while?

You will come to a better town if ther isnt any more quest, then go for it

The only real way for a ranger to get more energy is to use the Druid's armor set. I think it brings you up to 30 energy total, but I might be off a bit.

You might find an energy bonus on a box, but I wouldn't be counting on it.

You can find bows with mods on them such as +1 energy when you hit an enemy, but -1 energy regen... worth it if you hit fast...
