Ghoul Token Quest : Bug ?

Hello,

I'm not posting this in technician corner since i'm not sure it's a bug, but i was doing these 2 quests in lion arch and kamadan which require you to get 50 pumpkins and pop corns..

I had no problem to update the quest from kamadan, however i got some issue with the lion's arch one.

Terror gul took the 50 pop corns, it said quest updated and " Your inventory cannot receive the item : ghoul token " ( basically because it was full..), but the quest disappeared( my 50 pop corns too) and i cannot receive the item anymore... I've tried everything ( log off, change district, chnge character) but the quest has gone

I'm not caring that much in fact, but i believe it might be an issue for some players, so be careful when updating the quest...

I believe the same thing happened with the last festival too...you would think they would fix this before putting another quest out with the same type reward.

yes, that event had it too, be aware of this at wintersday (in case they give us the same kind)

so yes, it happened before, too bad they couldnt fix it right away (or test before updated) as they know they made that mistake once

so its a bug, which they have to fix.... still (again )

The behavior that you described was caused by a bug, that we're going to fix later today. We're also going to reset the Halloween Hat quests so that you can complete them if you experienced this weird behavior.

Reset huh? Does that mean the rest of us can double down on hats? Guess I'll find out.

thanks for getting onto that...however, hopefully this can be fixed so that for wintersday it wont happen, yet again?

Confirmed that you may get 2x masks from the same district from event if you've got one from that district prior to bug fix.

also, I was able to do the quests again after the reset, so I now have a full collection of halloween hats hooray! though, i still need to play another 3 years to finish the xmas set haha

to confirm...you can take BOTH tokens to either token taker and get 2 hats (I did this on my 2nd account and was able to get the pumpkin crown and furious pumpkin crown--without even leaving the vendor!)...will be getting my bags when I have finished my 3rd account
