If you deliver the killing blow to a player, you gain their accumulated morale, and your Health and Energy are fully restored.

But it's bugged, and it fully heals your entire party per kill.

Looks fixed after the build.

Ah. Some people speculated that was degen that healed everyone.

note to self, party wide buffs that deal dmg near ur allies count as ur kills
death nova - gets u a recharge if an ally dies, same with offensive weapon skills.
Order of the Vampire gets you the kill as your buff is the vampirism that gets the kill everytime.

does this affect NPCs? IE if an ele kills someone in JQ is their health restored?

No, it's only if you land the fatal hit on another human (or bot, for the matter) player.

It's not going to be a passionating flux for Random or Codex arenas... Too bad i killed you 1 sec before you because of fast cast, my whole health + energy is recharged !!

I guess it concerns GvG mostly, but still,i don't really get the point, this flux looks like it will remove many tactics and special builds for a month, not really cool and entertaining( double deaths on splits won't really happen anymore for example)...

It might bring some sin builds back to the meta though, thats the only change I could foresee.

Does it work if you kill someone with a degen like poison or bleeding ?

makes sw eles in RA even more powerful imo

As I say at the start of every month: the new flux refreshing but the number of opposing bots and leechers is what determine victories.

C'mon devs.

I suppose this buffs the yellow teleport bot tankers as far as jq is concerned.

my star burst build is really seeing the love this month already in RA. Weird flux though. can't say as I think it was a good idea.

And introduce new tactics and builds for a month, reaping benefits from the flux while the standard meta is a bit crippled, even if still usable.
That's what the fluxes are for

That's also what they've been really bad at doing.
