Hi again.

2 days ago I was hesitant or not to decide whether I should get GW to not. After hearing your opinions, I brought the GW the complete edition now I have another problem. I already used my email address and activated gw2. I want to use my email address which I used a few years back for the 14 day trial. I don't remember the character names and passwords. Attempted to reset my password, but it won't take. So yesterday I sent a trouble ticket to anet about my account issue but they didn't respond. How long do they typically respond to trouble tickets in terms of account problems? Do I need to provide additional information like telling them the serial # that I wish to activate my gw with? Thanks.
How long does Anet takes to respond to a account problem...?

I do hope you realize that using different e-mails for Guild Wars and Guild Wars 2 you may not be able to link the two accounts. Either way, it may be to your benefit to go to the support forum: https://forum.guildwars.com/forum/ and file a ticket there. Gaile is usually very quick to resolve issues compaired to the normal procedure.

I got a response from ncsoft. Because I purchased 'upgrades' using my email account, IE EOTN, and storage unit and other stuff, I use my email address. When I checked the game accounts, my friend's email address is there. So is my friend's email address and my email address the account is linked? Also, I don't see gw2 in the ncsoft website. Is that normal? Thanks.
Also, can you have 2 gw game accounts linked to one ncsoft account? If so, can you log into the 2 gw game accounts at the same time? Thanks.

I don't really know much about the email/ncsoft account issues but running multiple copies of GW on the one computer has been doable for ages. See here: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/i...t10373154.html
