Drop rates

hey all is it me or does it seam the drop rates of late have been on the poor side?

i know not to expect much when doing the wik bounties but in hm you would expect alittle more for your efforts, cleared all of seaboard for preety much 1 gold item and didnt even fill one slot of inventory,for hm that is really sad.

and it seams no matter where you go the drop rates arte way down, ectos in uw seam very few and far bettween .

It's just luck, as it has always been. Sometimes you get lots of good drops, sometimes you don't get any at all.

All items have a random chance to drop at randoms times. You can have dozens of extremely good runs or hundreds of bad runs (theoretical worst case example) . If you can figure out what "random" means then you have yourself the answer to your question. You're not the first to ask this question and I'm 110% sure you won't be the last. Questions like this deserve a "sticky" because it's asked way too often and people can't seem to grasp what randomly generated drops really means.

I get 10e just clearing plain on my Rt solo (15e to plains in my record), and drop rates are the same as they ever were.

Just today I got 3e clearing out chamber in UW NM. I say I am happy for 22min of work

The chest drop rate is awesome today!
Spent 12 keys(after some retains, some broken), got 5 elite tomes!

I go through phases like this where the monsters all drop whites or coins, chests only contain regular tomes and purples, dungeon chests only give onyx.

The drop rate is still the same... Read for christ sake.. It's just random.. Probability sais hi...
